HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be in a resalable condition.

Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original condition with the ‘marc b heart charm’ and all swing tickets attached with the relevant documentation within the time-scales specified above & using the returns label attached to your original invoice.

In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently, please see the returns procedure below.

 

HOW DO I RETURN ANY UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE ITEMS?

If you wish to return an item, please follow the below instructions:

  • ·         Log onto My Account and click ‘Completed Orders’
  • ·         Select the relevant order and click ‘Return item(s)’
  • ·         Select all items to be returned
  • ·         Choose a reason for return, return action and write comments (if any)

Once you have notified us that you wish to return item/items, you can only return the item when you have received authorisation from us. Please do not return any item without authorisation. Any item returned without authorisation may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Along with the item you wish to return in store you will need to include any of the following:

Order Receipt E-Mail – You will have received this at the time of ordering.

Dispatch Email – You will have received this to confirm that your order has been shipped

We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method – i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at enquiries@marcbbags.co.uk stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

You have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order.

For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns outside our Returns Policy, please email us at enquiries@marcbbags.co.uk for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of marc b.
