Return Policy

1.     Request for return must be filed within 30 days based on the original delivered date(it can be checked by online tracking website) of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description. For customer service contact, you will be directed to “Contact Us” for further assistance.

2.     Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc)is not returnable.

3.     Tailor made items, Clearance products and Intimates (Swimsuits, Bustiers & Corsets, Leggings Socks & Tights, Lingerie, etc) are not returnable.

4.     We suggest you sending back the package to us as soon as possible. Also, the returned package should be postmarked within 30 days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information for us to track your returned package.

5.     After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.

6.     Maykool reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.

7.     Original shipping charges are non refundable. We will only refund full amount for the cost of the item(s).

8.     You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

How long you are going to refund to me?

Maykool may offer you RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for package return. Then it may take 4-5 business days after we receive your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 15 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

How can I return a faulty item?

Before returning faulty goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having with the merchandise received. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem instead of asking customers to make returns.

 If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them under our 7 Days Return warranty.

 You may follow the following steps to return the merchandise to Maykool.

 1.    As long as we confirmed the product defects, our customer service representative will offer you a number for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and with authorized address for return.

2.    The pertinent information will be filled in the table for package return from our customer service representative. We shall attach to the feedback email for your easy download.

3.    Please print the table and enclose to the returning package. Please also note to scan the table down and submitted along with the returning tracking information to our customer service via “Contact Us”

4.    Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box.
