30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee—Miche offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to all customers. If you purchased your product through an Independent Miche Representative, please contact him or her with concerns about your product. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may return it to Miche for a refund in undamaged and unused condition, in its original packaging within 30 days from the date on which Miche received the purchase order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Return Instructions—(1) Contact your Independent Miche Representative about your concerns with the product; (2) contact Miche at 877-716-4243 to obtain a Return Authorization Number; (3) product must be returned in a suitable shipping container in saleable condition, in its original packaging WITH the original packing slip; and (4) return the merchandise, shipping pre-paid, to:
