If any item*, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 60 days. We’ll gladly either:
- Refund your merchandise amount
- Credit your account
- Send a replacement

*Choosing a wig is a personal beauty investment and in our pledge to keep all of our customers’ comfort and hygiene in mind, we do not accept any returns for wigs. We want to make sure that your shopping experience is a pleasant one, and that you will be happy and confident in the knowledge that when you purchase a wig with us, you know you will be getting the high quality of a never-before-worn wig you can enjoy for years to come.

When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.
Include your packing slip and reason for return.
It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your billing statement.
You may also verify your returned item by checking your account status online. You will see a credit for the item in 2-4 weeks after your return has been processed.

I purchased this green pantsuit from you. I buy many clothing and usually love what I receive. The pantsuit arrived and when I removed it from the package I couldn't believe my eyes. The suit was wrinkled,part of the hem was uneven and for the price it looked as if I had purchased a used item.
