Mighty Deals Return Policy
Goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Unwanted goods must be returned in an unused condition. If the item is found to be altered, or used beyond what is reasonably expected for a customer to inspect it, the refund may not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the return postage fee.
Please ensure the product is properly packaged on return. If the product is found to be damaged in transit upon return, you will be liable for the diminished value of the goods.
Once the product has been received by the merchant and its condition confirmed, Discount Experts will refund the amount (equal to the purchase value of the voucher) in the form of store credit or as a cash refund to the original payment card / paypal account. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed once the item has been received.

Limitations on Returns
Some products may not be eligible for returns due to the nature of the product. Limitations:
Category | Limitations |
Baby Products | Must be returned in new condition. If items appear to be used, worn, or without tags, we will be unable to process your return. |
Mattresses & Bedding | For hygiene reasons, any opened items may not be accepted. Bedding includes duvets, pillows, covers, sheets and mattress toppers. |
Jewellery | Returns on pierced body jewellery such as earrings may not be accepted for hygiene reasons. |
Food, Beverages & Flowers | Returns on perishable items are not be accepted. |
Clothes, Shoes & Watches | Must be returned in new condition. If items appear to be used, worn, or without tags, we will be unable to process your return.
Certain types of clothing may not be accepted for returns due to hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear, controlwear etc. |
Health & Beauty | Due to hygiene and health & safety reasons, returns are not accepted if packaging seals have been broken. |
Furniture | Self-assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled may not be accepted. Products must be undamaged and unused. |
CDs, DVDs and Digital Content | Returns are not accepted if the plastic wrapping and/or security seal has been broken. |
Periodicals & Magazines | Returns of periodicals and magazines are not accepted. |
Electronics | In order to protect your privacy and other interests in data, please delete all data on returned electronics and reset the products to factory settings. We are not responsible for any data contained on returned items. |
Personalised or Tailormade | Returns will not be accepted for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. For example: name engravings or personal photo prints. |
Refunds – Faulty Item
If a product does not work as advertised you can apply for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
