Five Mile is committed to providing you with complete customer satisfaction.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns on all items within 21 days of the original date of receipt for Five Mile store credit (except for when explicitly listeds as All sales final, no returns). In order to obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email us at returns@fivemile.com

Please include in the email:

  • 1. Order Number
  • 2. Item Numbers/Description
  • 3. Quantity being returned
  • 4. Reason for return

When we receive your return request, we will email you an RA number and instructions to complete your return.

General Returns

Five Mile accepts returns on all merchandise for Five Mile store credit. Items should be shipped back to our return address within 21 days. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags attached. Please return any items and the related invoice in the original packaging for your Five Mile store credit. Five Mile is unable to reimburse any shipping fees.  There will be a $10 restocking fee for the return of shoes.

Incomplete Order or Defective Product

In the rare instance where your items are defective or incomplete, we will make every effort to straighten out your return swiftly and fairly.

Damaged Items

Damaged products during shipment need to be claimed with the package carrier. If you have a damaged product as a result of package mishandling, please contact the package carrier immediately.
