In order to obtain the RMA#, please fill out the Return Form or contact our Customer Care Center. Please note that without the RMA number, we cannot identify your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for Minisuit to respond to you with your RMA# along with instructions on how to return the items back to us.

We have a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, which gives you plenty of time to fall in love with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail or call our Customer Care Center immediately. If you are still not satisfied after speaking with a Customer Care Representative, we will provide you with a full refund.

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on ALL merchandise within 45 days after receipt of items. For a full refund or replacement, all products must include all original materials and enclosed in their original, undamaged boxes. In order for us to process your return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from our Customer Care Center within 45 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Shipping costs to send the items to Minisuit for return/exchange are not covered by Minisuit. However, Minisuit will cover the shipping costs of sending your replacement to you.

Terms & Conditions

• All items must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• All items must be accompanied by a RMA#.
• All items must be returned/exchanged within 45 days of receipt of order.
• Please ship your packages within 7 days of receiving a RMA number. We recommend that you add delivery confirmation with tracking. Minisuit is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Once your items have been received and inspected, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your items. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
• For exchanges, replacements are based upon product availability.
• The cost of returning an item to us is not covered by Minisuit. Minisuit does not accept COD packages.

After Receiving RMA#

When you receive your RMA#, you will also receive the following shipping instructions on how to send the items back:

Please complete and include the original return/exchange invoice along with your merchandise in a suitable bubble mailer and send it back to us using your own preferred shipping method with insurance and a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for any damages or loss for packages. The products should be returned to the address below within 7 days after receiving your RMA#:

Your RMA# must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging. Packages must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving your RMA number.

We do not accept COD packages. Any package that we receive with postage due from us to the carrier may be refused. In the event that we must pay postage to receive the package from the carrier, this additional postage cost will be deducted from any refund owed or will be charged to the original payment method or otherwise collected. This applies to packages that we receive with postage due because of insufficient postage used in returning merchandise, refusing to accept a package, unclaimed packages, or otherwise undeliverable packages.

After I Have Sent My Package Back to MiniSuit

Once you have sent your package back to us, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund/exchange after we have received it. You will receive an e-mail once it has been processed. For returns, you will be notified via e-mail once we have initiated a credit to your credit card. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statements as this process varies depending on your banking institution or credit card Company’s processing time to post transaction to your account. If you have not received this credit, please contact your credit card company.

International Returns

• International orders must be returned within 45 days of receipt. Please follow directions on how to return your package as stated above as the process is the same as domestic returns.
• For international returns, customers are to be accountable for the following:
• International customers are responsible for all the shipping and handling charges as we are unable to offer free shipping to our international customers.
• Please use an insured & traceable shipping method when returning our item back to us. We will not be responsible for any loss or damaged products in transit back to our warehouse.
• Customs tariffs and taxes are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
• All international orders will be refunded in US dollars only and be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. This does not include any custom tariffs and taxes you originally paid for your order.

International Exchange

For our international customers, we are unable provide you with the option to exchange your item. If you’re unhappy with your new purchase and wish to exchange an item for any reason, we advise that you make a return then purchase your new item separately. Depending on your local customs office, you will be responsible for all customs, duties, and tariffs charges incurred to your shipment.

Damage/Missing Item

Please contact our Customer Care Center immediately and we will be more than happy to assist you. Claims must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Please retain all packaging material.
