If you experience technical or other problems that cannot be solved (see our Refund Policy), you can contact our Support Team by filling out a contact form or via email at support@movavi.com within 30 days of the purchase for a complete refund. The money will be returned to your bank or credit card account within 10 working days of confirmation by our Support Team.
