Return/Exchange Policy for Shirts, Sweatshirts & Costumes
We 100% guarantee that you will be delivered a brand new product that will leave you feeling more than satisfied. We stand by our products, so if you decide that the item is not for you, simply fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your invoice and ship it back to us. You can return your product for a refund or exchange for up to 45 days from the delivery date. You will never be charged a restocking fee for a return or exchange with us. Only merchandise in resalable condition (as determined by MyPartyShirt.com) will be refunded. The customer covers the cost of return shipping. Items that have been worn, washed/dried in a dryer, damaged, stained, contain pet or human hair, contain holes, smell of smoke or have the tag removed will not be refunded. All returned items become property of MyPartyShirt.com. One exchange per item is permitted. You will not be charged for us to ship an exchange back to you via USPS first class mail. If you are mistakenly shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective upon arrival, your return shipping charges (USPS first class mail) will be reimbursed or a return shipping label will be provided.
Return/Exchange Policy for Masks, Wigs, Hats, Helmets & Props and all other Accessories
We 100% guarantee that you will be delivered a brand new product that will leave you feeling more than satisfied.
The following items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival: Masks, wigs, facial hair, hats, helmets, props, food, drinks, lip balm, socks, inflatable items.
If you need to return an item, you will find the return/exchange form on the back of the invoice which will be enclosed in the package with your costume. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been worn (other than trying it on) and/or is not in its original packaging.
All returned items become property of MyPartyShirt.com.
All exchanges will be sent back to you via USPS First Class shipping.
