Napapijri Return Policy
You can find complete details on return conditions in the Return Center.
It is necessary to complete this Return Form within 10 days from the date you received your package in order to receive your Return Number.
Return items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
Enter the Order Number relating to the products you want to return.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
- Credit or Debit Card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
