Eligible products maybe returned within 30 days.   Neato Products reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.  An authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping back the return, please call 800`984`9800 or email customerservice@neato.com. Email Subject should be: RMA# Request

Nonreturnable Items

  • Open Blank  Media
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items
  • Opened computer software
  • Downloadable digital content
  • Non-defective special orders
  • Return shipments from outside the country

Shipping Products Back

You have to return online purchases through the mail so long as it is shipped to us from within the United States of America. To return your online purchase by mail:

  1. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
  2. Include the packing slip and return label, indicate the reason for the return and make sure the RMA# is on the box.
  3. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  4. Send your return to our warehouse at:

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS. Neato Products does not accept international return and exchange shipments.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account. We do not refund original shipping amount unless the item was defective.
