If for any reason you find yourself not connecting with your purchase from nicandzoe.com (it didn’t fit, the color seems different from what you saw on our site, or you simply changed your mind) we get it, happens to us too! We are happy to take back the merchandise within 30 days of receipt of product. Each item being returned must be unworn with tags attached and be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA#). The RA should be placed inside the package and clearly written on the outside of the box for the return to be processed efficiently. Shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Final sale & worn items without tags will not be accepted for returns. Please note that items purchased on nicandzoe.com can only be returned via the web store, see below for instructions.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Obtain an RA# by logging into your account at nicandzoe.com and visiting your Order History page.
  2. If you do not have an account or were not logged in when you placed your order, email your request to our customer service team at info@nicandzoe.com and include your order number and the item numbers you wish to return. You can also call customer service at 1-800-822-2939 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday – Friday.
  3. You will receive your RA# via e-mail within 24 hours of your request. Please allow extra time for requests submitted online outside of non-business hours EST.
  4. Print and include the RA paperwork inside the box and bring to shipping destination of choice, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
  5. Once the return is received, you will be refunded for the merchandise (less shipping costs if applicable). All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase and will appear on your billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not wish to keep via the instructions above and place a new order on nicandzoe.com.

ORDER PROCESS TIME & DELIVERY

Please allow 24 business hours to process your order. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note we are closed on weekends and national holidays, orders placed on Friday afternoon will be processed on the next working business day.
