How do I return a order?

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, unworn and unwashed to receive a merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange. Nike + iPod® Sport Kits, Apple iPod® touch, and Apple iPod® nano must be unopened to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only.

If you received Nike product (purchased on with a material or workmanship flaw, you may return it within two years of it’s manufacture date. To find the manufacture date, check the label inside of the product. Nike will not accept returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alteration.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse and a credit will be issued in the form of your original payment method. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Fill out the Return Form

The return authorization form is on the back of the packing slip that came with your order.

If you didn’t receive the packing slip or do not have it, please write a note that lists the names of item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return(s). Please include the order number and your name, email address and phone number.

Pack the return form and the items to be returned

If available, use the original box and include any tags or other packaging that originally came with your order.

Return the order to Nike members may download a prepaid mailing label to assist with the return. If you are a member, click here for instructions to download your prepaid mailing label.
NOT REGISTERED? Click here to become a member and get free returns on future orders. To obtain a mailing label (not prepaid), you can either:

  • Use the sticky address label that came with your packing slip.
  • Write the mailing information on the box or use your own label. Please note: we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • Include your return address and the order number on the outside of the box. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Nike will not replace the contents of the package.

You can also return your order to any Nike Retail location (NIKETOWN, Nike Factory Store, Nike Running Store, Nike Clearance Store) in the US. To assist with the return, please bring a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip along with the product.

  • Some styles (usually product bundles or exclusives) will come with paperwork specifically instructing you to return the item to
  • Product purchased using PayPal payment method at should be returned to  Retail locations will be unable to refund to a PayPal account.
  • Nike distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand deliveries.
  • Nike Factory Stores cannot accept returns on Apple iPod® nano, Apple iPod® touch, or Nike + iPod Sport Kits.
