FREE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES (U.S.)

Fill out the exchange portion of your pre-paid U.S. return label and drop your exchange in the mail. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities, and in-stock items will be sent right away.

EASY MERCHANDISE RETURNS (U.S.)

Pre-paid Shipping Label – $6.00

Mail your item(s) using the included U.S. return label, and we’ll simply deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund for return postage.
Other Shipping Method

If you decide not to use the pre-paid label, the $6.00 fee will not be charged. When using another shipping method, please be sure to send merchandise to the following address:

Nordstrom Rack Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase any merchandise purchased from Nordstrom Rack that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt or packing slip. Valid photo ID required for all in-store cash refunds.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
Credit Card

If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes®

If you paid with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes®, we’ll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card or Nordstrom Notes, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization form to receive the refunded merchandise amount. Please contact Customer Service to receive this form. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form. Returns sent without the Return Merchandise Authorization form may not be refunded the full amount. We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Learn more about International Returns.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINE JEWELRY
By mail

Please follow the instructions on the return label when returning fine jewelry. Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
In store

Fine jewelry can be returned to selected Nordstrom stores that have a Fine Jewelry department. Simply bring the packing slip and the credit card used when you placed the order.

I had bought a pair of really nice Fendi shoes. I had bought them for a party that I was excited to wear them. They were made of leather and were very nice and comfortable to walk in after many hours. I bought them online at Nordstrom.com



I spent quite a hefty penny for these shoes. I wore them a few times and the leather had already begun to chip on the shoe. This was rather unusual because they were brand new expensive shoes.



I called Nordstrom and they were able to easily provide me with an exchange of the same shoe and were very open about it and very nice as well. I was able to return them after being worn which was unreal and exceptional to me.
