What is your return policy?

A: We guarantee all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise (in original condition) within 90 days of receipt to make an exchange or receive a refund. Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges. Deductions on multiple-savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. Returned items must be in original condition. Please include the completed form from the invoice enclosed with your order.

Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise and send to:

Has my return been received?

A: You will receive a notification when we have received your return and credited your account. If you provided an email address at the time you placed the order, you will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account.

You can also check the status of your return in Order Status. Log in if you are already a registered customer. If you are not registered, you may do so if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order. Register now. When your return has been processed, it will be listed on your Order Status as returned along with the date we processed it.

If the returned item is an exchange, the item that will be shipped in exchange will appear on your Order Status as a new order.

Can I track my returned item?

It may take up to two full billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
