If you are not completely satisfied with your OLEHENRIKSEN purchase or gift for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of the original purchase date without paying return shipping or handling fees. We will process returns as soon as we receive them for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges, but sometimes it can take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
- When you return your purchase to OLEHENRIKSEN.com by mail within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.
Here’s How to Return Your Item(s)!
- Fill out the Complimentary Returns and Exchanges Form on the back of your order summary and place it with your item(s) in the original OLEHENRIKSEN.com packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box.
- Create and print your FREE USPS return label here, and attach it securely to the package.
- Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail!
Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you can track your return. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your return is received and processing!
We will process the return as soon as we receive the merchandise, but it may take up to 60 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
