What is your return policy?

We’re not satisfied until you are…even 365 days later!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 365 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund. All returns must be in new condition and sent in the original shipping box and packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt or packing slip. The best way to ensure shoes are returned in new condition is to try them on in an indoor carpeted area to determine if there are any fit concerns or defects.

Refunds can only be issued for the original merchandise price you paid – any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective merchandise guarantee

Includes any item that is in new condition, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any).  Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was received.
