Onward Reserve Return Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A pre-paid return label is included in every order along with a return form. Please complete return form and use the enclosed return label to send back your item for free.

Items should be returned new, unworn and with all original tags and labels still attached.  In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.  We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the above specified conditions.  Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
