Full refund on qualified items up to 30 days
In-store credit or gift card up to 60 days
A completed return form must be included with returned items to issue refund

Return and Exchange Qualifications Merchandise must be current, be/arrive undamaged and in new/un-used/un-mounted condition with all tags, manufacturer’s packaging, documentation and any/all accessories to receive a full refund. Applicable discounts, specials received and restocking fees may apply.


Climbing equipment, food products, first aid items and swimwear are non-returnable for safety and hygienic reasons. Returned merchandise with any odors such as smoke, perfume, pets etc. will not be accepted.

Special Orders not received from manufacturer may be able to be returned.

We apologize, special orders processed are not returnable.

All electronics and special purchase promotional items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any “free with purchase” items must be included with the return/exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the reason for return/exchange is a shipping error on the part of US Outdoor Store or one of its affiliates you may qualify for pre-paid return shipping. If you feel that your return/exchange qualifies, please contact us via email or by phone at (503) 223-5937.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Expedited shipping costs are not refundable. Proof of purchase (receipt, packing slip or reference number) is required for all returns or exchanges. (Please note some card issuers can take up to one full billing cycle for refunds to post to your account)
