We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days (7 days for Fancy Dress costumes) and we will refund you.

If you live locally and would like to collect your order from us please call beforehand to ensure your order is ready and no charge will be made. Please allow two working days for your order to be processed.

Working days are Monday- Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays. The above delivery dates are for mainland addresses and should only be used as a guide. They are updated daily and are pretty accurate for most parts of the country but if you live in a remote area or in the Highlands or Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
