If an item is returned to us for an exchange of the same item then we can offer a straight exchange. If you would like an alternative item, you will be issued a refund and you will need to place another order for the new item. If we are out of stock of the item you would like an exchange for, then you will be fully refunded

Christmas Gift Returns Policy

We have extended our returns policy over the Christmas period!
Please note that from 1st November, 2012 you will have until 10th January, 2013 to return your item for an exchange or a refund.
This policy applies for any items purchased from the 1st November, 2012.
Please note that AFTER the 10th January, 2013 you will not be eligible for a refund.

Accessories (including bags, purses, jewellery and umbrellas):

Up to 28 days for a full refund or exchange for UK and European customers. After 28 days and up to 6 months an exchange is available only. If over 6 months we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Up to 60 days for a full refund or exchange for the customers outside of Europe. After 60 days and up to 6 months an exchange is available only. If over 6 months, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund

Earrings:

Strictly no refunds or returns unless the goods are faulty

Clothing

Up to 28 days for a full refund or exchange for UK and European customers. After 28 days and up to 6 months an exchange is available only. If over 6 months, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund. Up to 60 days for a full refund or exchange for customers outside of Europe. After 60 days and up to 6 months an exchange is available only. Footwear

Up to 28 days for a full refund or exchange is available. After 28 days and up to 6 months an exchange is available only. If over 6 months no exchanges or refunds. Please note that all footwear items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and tags. All goods will be inspected on return.

Perfume

Up to 28 days a full refund or exchange is available. Perfume needs to be returned in its original condition.

Please note that the above Refund and Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a “*” next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and keep your recorded delivery and/or proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund.

Please note that Paul’s Boutique do not offer pre-paid postal returns.

Returns sent without a dispatch note can take longer to process. Please ensure you include this with your returned items.
