Pc World Return Policy
You can find all returns information in your delivery slip. Please note that costs incurred when returning an item are not refundable.
Unwanted goods can be returned within 21 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and unopened. Unused items that have been opened can be returned within 14 days. Items that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty).
All goods purchased through Currys PC World Business are sold with the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that your purchase develops a faulty 30+ days after delivery, you can contact the manufacturer directly to discuss further.
