Pet Plus Return Policy
At Pet Plus, we are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied. You can return any unopened, non prescription, or non-personalized products within 30 days of the order date to the pharmacy it shipped from. To make the return process as smooth as possible please follow the steps below:
- Contact our Pet Specialists at 1-800-844-1427 with the order number being returned and explanation as to why.
- Our Pet Specialists will then verify if then return is authorized and make the necessary notations on your account.
- Once you have returned the products, you must call us back with the return tracking number so that we may track the return and issue your refund when received.
Please note refunds make take up to 10 business days to reflect on your bank account once processed. Refunds are processed once the package is received.
