Please examine your order as soon as it arrives for any signs of wrong item(s) shipped, defective or damaged. All claims should be initiated the next business day of delivery. Before using the item, please make sure it’s exactly what you ordered. We will gladly correct any error that may have occurred and assist you in every way possible.

If merchandise arrives that is incorrect due to our error, defective, or damaged you must notify us immediately.
Any damage not reported within 2 business days of delivery date cannot be adjusted or credited.
Pets Warehouse will replace the item; pay the cost of shipping for the replacement to you and the cost of returning the defective item if requested to Pets Warehouse after carrier inspection.
Due to the nature of certain products, on-site repair by the customer might be required. In most cases, defective, damaged or missing parts will be sent to the customer to be repaired by the customer.

Problems with merchandise after 30 days: All merchandise we sell is covered by the manufacturers warranty. We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer or we will do it for you so you are satisfied with your purchase. Just call us toll free: 800.991.3299. We are here to help.

Restocking Fee: In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase at any time within 10 days from the date of delivery, you may return the item to us, less the original shipping charges. All returns must contain the original packaging, manuals, instructions and accessories. A twenty percent (20%) manufacturers restocking fee applies on the merchandise in question. Any order that is cancelled prior to shipment that has been allocated at our warehouse will have a 15% restocking fee assessed.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, might be subject to additional restocking fees of the item’s price or return of the merchandise back to you.

The re-stocking fee also applies to livestock orders canceling after 24 hours, because we can not necessarily cancel our commitment with our livestock suppliers or breeders.

 

Cancellation of an order after it has been submitted

Any order canceled within 24 hours of the time it has been submitted may be subject to a $5.00 administrative fee, after such time restocking fees apply. Cancellation or return after that time period may be subject to a restocking fee.

Special orders are non-cancelable.

Return exceptions, sorry, we do not accept returns on animal containment items such as crates, cages, kennels or opened food packages, due to obvious health concerns- these products may only be returned in the original, unused and sealed package, less the original shipping charges

All special orders are non-returnable including aquarium tanks, cabinets or special freight oversized item(s).

Orders refused or undeliverable: Any order returned to Pets Warehouse due to incorrect address given by customer will be refunded less all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee provided the order is returned by the carrier.
