Custom Made Jewelry Examples:
– Lockets with custom made picture inserted

– Personally Engraved Jewelry
– Sports Name/Number Jewelry
– Engraved Monogram Jewelry
– Custom School Jewelry ( Class Rings, etc.)
– You may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment.
– All returned items require a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

Please include the following order information:
Full name, Address, Order Number, Date of purchase, Type of pendant purchased, Problem with order.
We will then give you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Send your item(s), original packing materials, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write “jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. Merchandise that does not match our product data in our records will be returned or refused.
A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns and Exchanges Restrictions:
1. The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned item.
2. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.
3. Special orders and personalized engraved items can not be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
4. Processing, shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
For customers who have Free Shipping and would like to return certain merchandise you will incur an additional $8.95 shipping charge to compensate shipping charges.
5. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on the item, exclusive of shipping, handling and insurance charges. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
6. Ring Sizing Charge of $25.00 On Ring Returns
7. If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees.
Picturesongold.com and Jewelry14k.com is not responsible for any watch or jewelry item that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with the above terms.
