Power Swabs Return Policy
Returning products to us is both easy and convenient. You must return all merchandise (unopened bottles) within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging.
To ensure that returned merchandise is received by www.powerswabs.com safely, we suggest you send returns via U.S. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex with insured delivery. All return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We strive to fulfill and ship your order in the most efficient manner. Shipping rates vary per the size of your order. Most orders ship within 2 business days after they are received. We select the shipping carrier according to the shipping method and destination address specified at the time of order. Orders shipped using the Standard Shipping method typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry we do not guarantee delivery dates.

We only ship orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping Procedures
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is typically sent after the first carrier scan. The email may include a tracking number if provided by the carrier.
