PZI Jeans Return Policy
PZI Jeans will accept returns and exchanges on items within 15 days once you receive your merchandise. PZI Jeans will only accept returns on items with original packaging with tags in place. If your order appears to have been worn and is not re-sellable, PZI Jeans retains the right to refuse to refund the item. Refunds are limited to the cost of the garments returned. We do not refund the cost of shipping as that is an expense paid to the Carrier.You are responsible for shipping any return/exchange back to PZI Jeans. Please use the Exchange/Return Form shipped with your merchandise to help process your request. Please list three items you would like to replace an item you ordered in the event that any item purchased is out of stock.
Clearance Items
Clearance items can be exchanged only. No refunds will be allowed on clearance items.
Exchanges
Exchanges for different merchandise must be done within 15 days from the date you receive your items. If the items being exchanged require delivery, the USPS shipping fee of $6.00 for re-delivery will be charged. If you choose to ship via UPS for your exchange, the UPS re-delivery fee of $14.50 will be charged.
Re-delivery Fee
All shipments via the USPS are shipped with delivery confirmation. All shipments via the UPS are shipped with signature required. An authorized adult must be home to accept delivery of merchandise. Please make sure to provide an address that will have someone available to accept and sign the delivery ticket. In the event that your order is returned to us because several attempts have been made for delivery of your merchandise, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges. You may want to consider authorizing delivery to your work-place where someone is guaranteed to be during the work hours, if feasible.
Damaged Goods
PZI Jeans will not accept returns or exchanges for any items that are damaged due to accidents, destruction or misuse by the customer. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include items with stains, rips, or tears caused by customer.
