Shipping Information

Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground and should arrive within 1-6 days from the time the order was placed, however during peak season (March 25th – May 16th) we have some vendors that will take 1-2 weeks to ship. Please contact us if you have questions about lead time for your order or products you are interested in. Larger shipments may need to be sent using LTL freight and will take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. Once a shipment has been sent out from one of our warehouses, customers will receive an email with a link to the tracking information.

We do not currently advertise expedited shipping options, but we can expedite shipments on an order by order basis and subject to actual shipping costs. We ship to the lower 48 states and hope to expand our shipping capacity in the near future!

Return Policy and Procedure

If you are not satisfied with your order please email us (info-rb@raisedbeds.com) within 30 days of purchase to arrange a replacement, credit or full refund.  All returns need prior approval. You can also submit a return request by logging in to your account and navigating to completed orders and clicking on the Return Item(s) button.

If products are damaged or defective we will refund the purchase price and cover the cost of the returned shipment. If you are unhappy with the product for any other reason, we will refund the purchase price and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment as well as the cost of the original shipment that was sent. Product must be in original packaging with the original packing slip.
