Full-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

The current selling price will be credited if returned after 60 days and accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise that is older than 90 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.

Sale-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

After 30 days , sale product is not eligible for return or credit.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

Personalized Items (e.g., Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lighting returns and exchanges must be made to RalphLauren.com and cannot be accepted at Ralph Lauren stores.

Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.

 1. Making a Return by Mail

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Go to “My Account” and complete, print and send our online return form with your returned merchandise, or fill in the return/exchange form on your invoice and send it back with the item(s) you are returning. If you are making an exchange, you must complete the form included in your shipment as we do not offer online service for exchanges.

Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure location where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service.

We will deduct $5 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $5 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. By using our postage-paid return label, you can track the status of your return shipment at RalphLauren.com through the Order Details page. Please allow up to 3 days after you mail your return for tracking to be available. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Personalized Items (e.g., Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged the $5 fee. The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mail it to the following address:

This address can only be used to return items purchased at RalphLauren.com or Rugby.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 888-475-7674 and he or she will be happy to assist you.

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

2. Making a Return to any of our domestic U.S. Ralph Lauren stores

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. RalphLauren.com merchandise can only be returned to U.S. Ralph Lauren stores and Rugby.com merchandise can only be returned to U.S. Rugby stores. You must have your invoice with you in order for the store to process the return and credit the original form of payment.

Please note that returning Ralphlauren.com merchandise at our retail stores can be a time-consuming process. Returns made to Ralph Lauren stores will not be credited until they are processed at our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you make returns using our online process and the postage-paid return label provided with your original package. This will expedite the processing of your return. Returns of products purchased online with PayPal® and Bill Me Later® are accepted only by mail, not at our stores.

3. Returning a Gift

Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a RalphLauren.com online gift certificate. You will receive an e-mail notification upon receipt of your gift return provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange form.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

Making an Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.

Specify the exchange item and the new color or size on the return/exchange form. Include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.

If you’re exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of RalphLauren.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.

Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

If you make a purchase using PayPal® or Bill Me Later® you cannot return in stores or place an exchange. For exchanges, simply return your item and repurchase it. A credit for standard ground shipping can be provided upon shipment of your new order by calling Customer Assistance at 888-475-7674.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. We purchased clothes for our grandchildren to be given to them at christmas in late October and we asked about return policy since they were gifts given at Christmas . We were told we could return if sizes were wrong. This seems to be false since we are now informed we have 30 days which means if they are not the right sizes or a duplicate item the item can not be returned. We have shopped with ralph and only ralph but this will now change. Also one of the items came without a gift box it was just thrown into the shipment box. MERRY CHRISTMAS ?
