At Saks OFF 5th, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below.

  • Items can only be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and when accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • The item must be in like new condition, unless defective when sold. “Like new” means unworn, undamaged, unaltered, salable and with all tickets attached.
  • Saks OFF Fifth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Certain items are not returnable, which are designated as Final Sale on the item’s product page and on the packing slip.
  • If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) or other dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH or at saksoff5th.com.
  • Sales to individuals whom management believes are resellers or bulk purchasers are final sales. No exchange or return privileges will be granted.

How to Make a Return

IN-STORE

You may return or exchange eligible items to any Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH store with the packing slip shipped with your order.

BY MAIL

1. GET YOUR INVOICE READY

To start your return you will need to find your order number in one of the locations below:

  • Top right corner of your packing slip
  • Subject line of your shipping confirmation email
  • Saksoff5th.com account Order History

A $9.95 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.

2. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

  • Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

3. SHIP IT

When your package is ready, you can ship it via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service

4. TRACK IT

Click on the “track Your Return” button in your return confirmation email to track the status of your return. Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return by mail.

Refunds in the form of original payment can take up to one week to be credited back to your account
