  Salty Supply 60/30 Returns

  You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a refund less any shipping costs incurred by Salty Supply

  Then, we give another 30 days (90 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

  Items must be in New Resellable Condition. Any item that has been used will be rejected and returned to sender. T5 Bulbs purchases are non returnable.

  Refunds will be processed and sent to the orginal payment method within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned goods.

  Every item you purchase at SaltySupply.com is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Whether you made the purchase by mail or in a Salty Supply Store you may return it by mail or one of our locations. Return information is listed below or on the front of your invoice.

  To qualify for an RMA number you must meet the following conditions.

  1.All products returned must be 100% unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  2.All materials, parts and manuals must be included product as this will void your return and we will refuse the package.
  3.All returns must be shipped back fully insured and packed appropriately as we are not responsible for damaged items shipped by the customer. Never ship the product back in the retail packaging.
  4.Make sure to place it inside another box with proper padding of around 2-3″ on all sides.
  5.Make sure to clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Any Shipping charges incurred by Salty Supply including boxes and packing supplies are NOT refundable unless an item was shipped in error. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

  All returns are subject to approval, any used items sent back will be returned to sender.

  Refused orders
  Any refused packages without an Return Authorization included will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping charges associated with the order.

  Manufacturer Price Drops
  In the event that the manufacturer is now offering a lower MAP or retail price we cannot accept a return to purchase at the lower price. Any credit must be done through the manufacturer.

  Sale Price Guarantee
  All sale prices are subject to approval and we are not liable for typographical errors. If an item goes on sale as a promotion through Salty Supply only and your purchase was in less than 10 days we will issue a store credit of the difference.
