All prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit or debit cards. We are sorry but we can’t accept payment by American Express. Your payment will normally be processed at the point of order.

If you would like to pay by any other means, or would like to redeem a gift voucher, please Contact Us.

We work with a reputable third party payment gateway, Sage Pay. Sage Pay uses digital signatures and strong encyption to ensure that all sensitive information is protected throughout every transaction.


We hope you are delighted with your goods. Please examine your order when it arrives and let us know if there are any problems or discrepancies.

Every product supplied will have passed our high quality standards, but if you have any problem please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist.

Our Seeds Guarantee

All our seed has been through rigorous germination tests. Apart from the larger beans and peas, seed is packed in hermetically sealed inner sachets, and then placed in an outer packet. None of our seed has been genetically modified or chemically treated. If you are not happy with the germination or you have any other quality concerns, we will refund or replace your packet.

Exceptions

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers, or personalised products that have been made to order, unless the item is faulty.

Statutory rights

This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returning items

Please follow the correct procedure for the following items:

Hardware items:

Please return any items unused within 28 days of receiving your order, in their original packaging, for a refund or exchange. It is not necessary to call us, simply download our returns form (.pdf), fill in your details, enclose it in your parcel and use the pre-printed returns label. Don’t forget to affix the correct postage to the package. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office for any returned items, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We will promptly exchange the item or give you a full refund if preferred.

Please note, we will only refund the return postage charge paid if you have been sent the incorrect goods or they are faulty or damaged. We regret that if items are sent back using ‘special delivery’ or ‘signed for’ we may not be able to refund the whole cost. If you are returning a large or heavy parcel (over 2kg) please contact us first, as we may suggest that we arrange for it to be collected.

Plants, bulbs and seeds

Please do not return any of these items, simply contact our Customer Services team and we will replace or refund as appropriate.
