It’s simple and it’s 30 days plus!
Our return policy is simple: within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) but it MUST MUST MUST be in its original condition (with the box and unused.). If the product shows any use or is not in saleable condition we cannot accept the item.
No need to call us and get those annoying RMA numbers! Just fill out the form on your invoice and return it with the shipment. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets the above condition.
We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is defective Not spraying or leaking). Reimbursable shipping costs cannot not exceed our published per item shipping costs. The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold. Due to hygienic concerns all skin care and mascara purchases are final.**Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return**
