‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller .On the www.healthiswealth.fit website following situations may arise:1.
Item was defective.2.
Item was damaged during the Shipping.3.
Products was / were missing.4.
Wrong item was sent.Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.Points to be noted:1.
We can always accept the return irrespective of the policy if the item is not accordingto the product description and the product is not opened.2.
If there is any complication with a return request, Buyer can file a dispute bycontacting us.We encourage the Buyer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In caseBuyer orders a wrong item, Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/refund.Buyer need to raise the return request within 2 days from the date they received the product.Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us, the Seller shall process the return.The Buyer must return the shipment first. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it andnotify you that we have received the product. We will immediately notify you on the status ofyour refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or Original Mode ofPayment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on yourcard issuer policy.Further for returns being made by Buyer to the Seller of the product, the following parametersneeds to be ensured by the Buyer:
