Sebachi Return Policy
* Refunds on any individual garment only apply to any customer orders over $100.
All items can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a Refund** as explained above.
ORDERS BELOW $100AUD – REFUND POLICY**
**Refunds are not eligible on orders placed below $100 however still only eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit.
All items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only.
Process for returns:
You need to cover the postage to send it back to us and you will not be refunded for any delivery costs on your original purchase.
The items must:
- be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of ladies perfume/deoderant so please take due care when trying on your order.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Sebachi staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
