Sephora Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a Sephora.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are free when you use the Merchandise Return label included in your order.We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
o When you return your purchase to Sephora.com by mail within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
o If we receive your item(s) within 61-90 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Sephora Gift Card, eGift Certificate, or online store credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
o Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
o Sephora.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail.
There are two easy ways to return your items(s):
Return to Sephora.com by Mail
o Fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items(s). Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
o Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Sephora packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
o Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the pre-paid Merchandise Return Label.
o You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Return to a Sephora Store
o Visit any free standing Sephora store to return your item(s).
o Please bring your Order Summary and Return Form with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order.
o If you purchased with your JCPenney credit card, our free standing Sephora store will gladly offer a store credit or an exchange. To receive a full refund on your JCPenney card, please return your item(s) to a Sephora Inside JCPenney store.
For Gift returns:
o If you are returning a gift and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) to set-up the gift return under your account.
o Check the “I am returning a gift” box on the back of your Return Form and indicate the reason for return as “5-Gift”. Please fill out all the information on the Return Form. If you do not have an email address, leave it blank.
o Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time shopping on www.sephora.com.You may also call us at 1-877-SEPHORA ( 1-877-737-4672 ) to redeem your online store credit.
For Amazon.com returns received within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card.Within 61-90 days of purchase date, you will receive a Sephora online store credit. Once your Amazon.com return is processed, you will need to call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) to redeem your online store credit.

Sephora and Sephora Inside JCPenney store purchases must be returned at a retail location.We do not accept mail returns for store merchandise.
