When returning an item, use the original packaging and pack it securely. Please adequately insure your item in case you need to make a claim with the carrier you choose for returning your item.
Include your order number and reason for return. We recommend keeping the receipt for 4 weeks.
It may take up to two billing cycles to see the credit for returned items on your paper billing statement.
You may also verify your returned item by checking your account status online. You will see a credit for the item in 2-4 weeks after your return has been processed.

Will not deal with this company every again. I sent 2 pieces of furniture back. i contacted costumer service first and was told via email to make sure the address, reason for sending the item back and order # was on package and secure package, did not say they had prepaid return stickers. this was out of pocket then I called the person Gari Davis was disappointing not helpful, contradicted what the first person i talked to said. I paid 195.44 to return the items and was told to keep my receipt. Miss Gari Davis stated that the 49.9 down payment would be kept for shipping the item to me and I owe the balance 95-49.99 for shipping the item to me because i then want it it's not the company fought. And I'm just out of the 195.44 to have the items shipped back to this company. BAD BUSINESS DISSATIFIED CUSTOMER.
