Return Policy – First 90 Days

You may return your purchase for an exchange or a full refund.

Please follow the RMA procedure below.
Please let us know if you would like a replacement product or a refund.
We do not pay for shipping charges needed to return the product to us.
We do pay for the shipping charges to send a new product to you if you request a replacement.

Return Policy – After 90 Days
Refunds or replacements after 90 days are at the discretion of Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc.
Please follow the RMA procedure below and explain the problem. Let us know if you would like a replacement product or a refund.
We will then contact you to let you know if the replacement or refund has been authorized.
We do not pay for shipping charges needed to return the product to us.
We do pay for the shipping charges to send a new product to you if you request a replacement.
RMA Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking the Request RMA button on the left side of this page.

Please do not write to us, call, or send us an email if you want to return something, because we will only direct you to obtain an RMA number.

Please fill out the requested information, and explain the reason you are requesting a refund or replacement. We will then reply to you by email. If the RMA request is approved, the email will include shipping information and an RMA number for you to put on the package you send to us.
