We want you to feel happy and secure about shopping with SHOEBACCA.com. In the event that you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your merchandise in.

Note: All returns should include a note indicating reason for return and all items should be returned in its original box and should be placed in a separate packing box for return.

365 Day Returns Policy (Excludes “Outlet” orders)

Shoebacca purchases are eligible for returns free of charge for up 365 days after the original purchase date for a full refund. All Outlet and certain promotions have restrictions on returns; please visit our Promotions page before submitting your return online if a promotion or coupon was used on your order.

Return Instructions

    • If you did purchase directly from the Shoebacca website, then you should log into your Shoebacca account and go to My Account and find the order and item you would like to submit a return for. Then simply follow the return instructions from our website.

Special Promotions Returns

      • Multi-item promotions (including, for example, 3 items for $99) and special offer promotions for single item purchases (including, for example, $24.99 bucket promotion) are excluded from free returns. Outlet returns policy applies.

Standard Refunds

      • Refunds can only be issued to the form of payment used on the original order.
      • Shipping charges will not be refunded
      • Most refunds will post to your account within 2-5 business days however some banks can take up to 4 weeks to post the refund.
      • PayPal refunds that are returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase will be issued a check. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your check in the mail.

Standard Exchanges

      • If you need a different item, color, or size, please go ahead and place a new order to ensure the item you want doesn’t sell out before your refund has been issued.

* “Unworn Condition” means the product is in its original condition (including manufacturer’s box), and with its original tags. Any product deemed in worn condition will not be accepted.Manufacturer defects are not considered worn.

30 Day Outlet Return Policy

In order to continue offering the great deals that are found in our Outlet section we ask that you cover the return shipping cost. You have 30 days from the day your order originally arrived to return your * “unworn items”. The $5.00 OUTLET shipping charge is non-refundable.
