Can I return an item that I bought online?
Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 60 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging. We will only accept used items if there is an obvious defect. These items can be returned to the ShoeCarnival.com Returns Center or at one of our retail locations.
If you wish to make a return to our Returns Center, please follow these instructions:
- Repack the merchandise and enclose the form that was shipped with your merchandise.
- For your convenience we have provided a pre-paid UPS return shipping label. Place this label on the outside of the box and drop it off at a UPS store, dropbox or driver. A charge of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. In case of delivery errors or defective product, this charge will NOT apply. Please record the tracking number from the label for your records.
- Or, you may select an alternative carrier of your choice, using the perforated return label provided on the other side of this packing slip. We suggest that returns be shipped using an insured and traceable carrier.
Can I return an item I bought online in a store?
Yes, you can return any purchases from www.shoecarnival.com to any one of our store locations or use the enclosed shipping label to mail the purchase back to Shoe Carnival.com Returns Center.
For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in the store.
