We provide a FREE PRE-PAID return shipping label* to easily ship your purchase back to us. Simply indicate if you want a Free Exchange or an E-Z Return Refund on the enclosed form.

Free Exchanges
We will quickly ship your new shoes at NO CHARGE once we receive your returned shoes.

E-Z Returns
When requesting a refund, SFC will gladly refund your shoe purchase price less a $6.95 per pair processing fee.

* Shoes For Crews offers FREE exchanges and E-Z returns. For returns, we will gladly refund the shoe purchase price less a $6.95 per pair processing fee. We make it easy with a pre-paid UPS shipping label inside every order. This only applies to orders within the contiguous United States and does not apply to MightyMats.

How to return or exchange your purchase:

1. Fill in the required information on your Free Exchange / E-Z Return Form, and place it in the box with your shoes.
2. Place the PRE-PAID return shipping label on the outside of the box. Be sure to keep a record of the tracking number of the shipping label.
3. The package can be given to a UPS Driver or placed in one of thousands of UPS Drop Boxes or UPS Store locations.
