Guidelines for the Silver Jeans Co. Online Store are as follows:
Please note, we only accept returns or exchanges for garments purchased through our online store www.silverjeans.com. If your item was purchased through another retail store please address your return or exchange inquiries with them.
If you are not completely satisfied with your www.silverjeans.com online purchase, you may return or exchange it within sixty (60) days of purchase date. We will accept any unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept garments that have been worn or altered for fit.
Preparing your return shipment
For returns and exchanges; pack and seal your package securely, in the original packaging if possible. Please include with your return/exchange the original packing slip that came with your order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for both a return and exchange. We recommend that you ship your return/ exchange using ground shipping with a carrier with tracking abilities such as UPS or FedEx.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange, first verify availability of the replacement item on our website. Please include the information regarding the replacement item including style, size and inseam requested on the exchange form that was included in your package. This will ensure your exchange will be processed efficiently.
Returns
Once your return has been received and processed, a credit will be issued back to your credit card. Please allow twenty-one (21) days to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your credit. This includes the 3-5 days your banking institution may take to process and post this transaction to your account.
