Pillows

Pillows are personal use items that may transmit contagious diseases and are non-refundable. Blackstone pillows are backed by a 7-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects and may be exchanged if a manufacturing defect occurs.

Cancelation Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped you must write RTS (return to sender) on the envelope and place it back into a mailbox. Once we recieve your pa we will process your return.

UNITED STATES

In order to prevent loss, theft and fraud, ALL RETURNS from the United States may only be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Please do not ship CERTIFIED MAIL or other. Once you obtain your Delivery Confirmation number for the package you are returning, email the Tracking Number to: CustomerSolutions@MySnoringSolutions.com. Your Tracking Number will serve as your return authorization number.

2. What is the return address?

The returns are not sent to our office, and for medical and health precautions we cannot sort through them as the returns are considered medical waste. All returns are picked up by a third party. 3. If I return an item, will I get a full refund?

4. How do I return items?

Please be sure to follow all instructions in our Return Policy to guarantee your refund. Simply, you will need to return the jaw supporters back to us with a Delivery Confirmation number through the US Postal Service. As soon as the return has been sent, notify us with your USPS Delivery Confirmation number. Your USPS Delivery Confirmation number is the proof of your return. At that time, we will verify your return with the USPS and issue credit back to the credit card used for the purchase.

5. Do I need a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to return an item?

No, you will not need anything from us before returning an item. Please follow the return instructions in our Return Policy to guarantee your refund.
