We back our bubbles! If our products do not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all Sparkling Water Makers purchased on SodaStream.com.
Additional Information:
- SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns or CODs will not be accepted.
- Our Sparkling Drink Mixes, Carbonating Bottles, Carbonating Cylinders and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged if purchased from SodaStream.com.
- Sparkling Water Makers purchased as holiday gifts between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.
- We are only able to process returns for products purchased on SodaStream.com. If you purchased in a retail location or through an online vendor, please refer to that seller’s return policy.
