Spicy Aprons Return Policy
Spicy Apron products can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase provided that:
- the product being returned has not been washed or damaged.
- product is free of stains or odors.
- return / refund request must include a copy of the original order receipt or the order number.
- cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
A full refund of the purchase price paid, not including the original shipping charge will be processed on qualified returns. Please allow up to two weeks processing on returned products.
Products purchased on the internet may only be returned to us at the address below. If you purchased a Spicy Apron from a retail outlet or distributor, the return policy of that retail store or distributor will apply. Refunds issued by Spicy Aprons apply only to products purchased directly from Spicy Aprons through our website and refunds issued will be in the same form that original payment was tendered, i.e. Mastercard, Visa, Pay Pal etc.
Clearance or irregular items purchased through special or limited time sales offers, or products given as an award under special promotions, or donated as a charitable contribution are not eligible for refund or return.
Returning an item for refund.
Please return the item to the address below and include a copy of your original order receipt or the order number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Allow approximately two weeks processing for refunds. Returned items that do not include a copy of the original order receipt or order number are not eligible for refund.

Exchange Policy & Procedure
Spicy Apron products purchased online at the Spicy Aprons website can be exchanged within ninety (90) days of purchase subject to the conditions listed in the “Returns & Refund” policy above. Items purchased online from Spicy Aprons must be returned to our company only at the address below. Purchases made at a retail location or through any source other than the Spicy Aprons website are subject to the individual retailers or sellers exchange policy and may not be sent directly to Spicy Aprons for exchange.
How to exchange your Spicy Apron…
To exchange a Spicy Apron product that you purchased online through the Spicy Aprons website, mail the product to us only at the address below. Exchange requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original order receipt, or the order number. The original order receipt / order number must be in the same name as the person returning the item for exchange. A payment of $6.50 for return / exchange processing and shipping of the exchanged item must accompany the exchange request and apron. Item being exchanged may be exchanged for Spicy Apron product(s) of equal or lesser value.
Along with the returned product, please include a written note with the Item Number (example: SAW-1 etc) and item number and description of the product that you wish to have in exchange for the returned item. Exchanges that are received without the $6.50 processing payment, or without the item number of the item desired, will be treated as a “return for refund” subject to the terms of the refund policy. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you via the email address, phone or postal address you provided when you originally ordered the item on the Spicy Apron website but it is your responsibility to follow the exchange procedure to insure that the exchange request is processed.

Clearance sales – special sales of irregular items, awards etc.
Items purchased on clearance or irregular sales, or items awarded through special promotions or incentive rewards, or donated as a charitable contribution are final and may not be exchanged or refunded.
The purchase of any Spicy Apron product constitutes an agreement between customer and Spicy Aprons that in any event, the maximum amount of refund for which Spicy Aprons is responsible will be the actual purchase price paid directly to Spicy Aprons by the customer at the time of purchase minus shipping cost. Purchases made from retailers or distributors are subject to the individual retailer / distributor policies and are not the responsibility of Spicy Aprons.
