Complete the Return Form or send back a copy of your Packing Slip.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging (include the tags if you still have them).

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, no COD deliveries.)

For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post with tracking.

Keep a copy of the Return Tracking Number until your order payment has been credited to your account.

Please Note: A return authorization number is required for all bike, bike frame and bike part returns to insure proper packaging and shipping standards for your protection. Call us at 866-786-3869 to receive a return authorization number.Read more about returning Bikes, Frames and Bike Parts.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

In addition to being able to return an item via FedEx/MAIL, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges at any Sun & Ski Sports retail location.

How do I Exchange an Order?
