Superga Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain return authorization via live chat, emailing info@Superga-USA.com, calling 1-866-433-9000 or by signing in to your account and going to ‘My Orders’ and clicking on the order number, then click ‘Return Request’ next to the item you wish to send back. Check the box next to the item and choose the reason for the return. After you hit next you will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label to use to ship the items back to us. You may drop the package at any FedEx location or you may give the package to the United States Post Office. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued. Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your account. Usual turnaround time is 1 – 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.
We do not offer in store returns. Online purchases cannot be returned to Superga stores.

Superga-USA guarantees against manufacturer’s defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@Superga-USA.com, live chat or calling 1-866-433-9000.
Superga merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
