Swarovski’s top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Items purchased in the Online Shop may be refunded up to two weeks after their receipt, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law). Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.

Please use the peel off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard insured mail. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference.

If you have lost the address label, please return your item(s) to the following address:

Please refer to the reverse side of the delivery slip and choose your preferred return option (i.e., receive credit or replace the item). If the delivery slip is not included with your return or an instruction is not selected, Swarovski will automatically credit the due amount to your credit card.

Please note that for purchases made with a voucher, the refund on any returns will be reduced by the voucher value if the purchased amount falls below the minimum level initially required.

All products purchased from the Online Shop may not be returned at local Swarovski retailers.
