We are happy to offer free UK returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 30 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.

Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.
  • For advice please email us at customercare@sweatybetty.com or phone 020 7751 0591, + 44 20 7751 0591 from outside the UK, between 9am – 12 midnight weekdays, 10am – 10pm Saturday and 12 noon – 9pm Sunday BST.

How To Return An Item

  1. Please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed.
  2. Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the reusable Sweaty Betty mailing bag.
  3. Use the self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of the invoice, to address your parcel. This label covers the cost of your return if you are within the UK. If you are outside the UK please add postage as required.
  4. Take your parcel at the nearest post office. The returns address is:

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

You may also return items to any of our shops (excluding Selfridges and Harrods concessions) for a refund or exchange in conjunction with our previously stated returns policy.

Gift Returns

To return an item received as a gift, you can take your item in to a shop and exchange for another item or gift vouchers. Alternatively, you can return the item to customer care in exchange for gift vouchers to the address below.

No refunds will be given on gifts, unless refunded directly to the purchaser’s card. The purchaser will be notified by email.

How To Order Replacement Items

We are sorry to hear your Sweaty Betty order wasn’t quite as you expected. In order to get your replacement items to you as quickly as possible we are happy to offer a free Next Day Delivery service on your new order, within the UK*. Please contact Customer Care to arrange this.

Please note that discount codes can only be used once, so if a code was used on your original order please advise Customer Care.

Your replacement items will be shipped straight away and be with you within one working day (UK), or 7-14 days (RoW).

Please return the items you do not wish to keep by following the “how to return an item” guide above. Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount originally charged for these items immediately.

*unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping on replacement orders outside the UK.

Order Cancellation

If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see our terms and conditions for information on how to cancel an order.
