All watches sold come with a 5 day money back guarantee as stated by our satisfaction guarantee. We also offer a 14 day exchange policy should you decide you would rather have a different item. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will make it right.
RETURN / EXCHANGE EXEMPTION: Watches that have been tampered with or worn are not eligible to be returned. In addition, Black PVD/DLC watches are EXCLUDED from our return policy and are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN and can ONLY BE EXCHANGED for other PVD/DLC watches on our website. Furthermore, some watches which are considered limited production models are not eligible for return/exchange. Please ask us for full details before placing your order.
WARRANTY
All watches sold come with a 3 year warranty on the movement and time functioning of the timepiece . The warranty does not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, water damage, PVD coating or external parts of the watch other then the movement. Any aftermarket work or parts are stated in the item description. Merchandise is guaranteed to be 100% as described or your money back. Extended warranty programs are available. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All packages are shipped FREE OF CHARGE fully insured with a signature required via UPS or FedEx 2 Day Air. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. An upgrade to overnight shipping is available for an additional $25.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international Shipments are shipped via FedEx international priority anywhere in the world for $75. Shipping to Canada is $50. Delivery time is typically between 3-5 days once the package is shipped depending on your location. The delivery time does not include customs delays. All international customers must provide a valid telephone number to ensure proper delivery. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivery freight company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
